BEAR Tower Defense Collect All Pins Guide
Hunt map pins and stickers without wasting clears on Extreme.
Pins (also called stickers or stamps in lobby chat) are exploration collectibles in BEAR Tower Defense. They sit beside the usual goals — clearing waves, solving puzzles, farming Quidz — and matter for completionists, banner customization, and patch achievements that track how many pins you own. Early community videos covered all four pins; after Hungry for More, players report pins on nearly every map and totals climbing toward thirteen.
This guide explains how pin hunting works, how to search efficiently without throwing Hard or Extreme runs, and which wiki pages to combine when a pin lives on a map you have not learned yet.
What pins are (and are not)
Pins are world collectibles, not combat items like Cobra Tooth or the puzzle Battery. Grabbing a pin does not replace anti-air or Cheese Factory income. Treat them as:
- Completion checklist items tied to each stage.
- Cosmetic / profile flair once the collection UI unlocks display options.
- Optional objectives you can finish on Easy while learning pathing.
If your only goal is meta towers, prioritize Grind Quidz and the Unlock Priority Planner first. Return here when you want the sticker book filled.
Early “four pins” guides vs current totals
Launch-era clips titled “all 4 pins” remain useful for the original maps — they teach the habit of checking props, roofs, foliage, and off-path platforms. After Hungry for More:
- New maps such as Fat Lands may add their own pin.
- Older stages can receive extra stickers in later patches.
- Chat may say “13 stickers” even if your UI labels them pins.
Use video locations as a starting shortlist, then re-scout after every major update announced on Official Links.
Best difficulty for pin hunting
| Mode | Pin hunting value |
|---|---|
| Easy | Best — slow pressure, room to leave the main chokepoint |
| Medium | Fine if you already know the path |
| Hard | Poor for first hunts — leaks punish sightseeing |
| Extreme | Worst for exploration; clear it later for challenge, not stickers |
Queue Easy with one friend who covers the lane while you walk the map edges. If you play solo, place cheap Buckethead coverage first, then search between waves — the same window you would use for Complete Puzzles.
Search pattern that actually works
- Learn the enemy path once on Lost Temple, Haunted Mansion, or Fat Lands so you know safe tiles.
- Clear early waves with minimum towers so you can move.
- Sweep landmarks: big leaves, rooftops, bridges, candy props, purple foliage callouts from streams, and any glowing interactables.
- Mark finds in a note — pin spots rarely move mid-patch, so a personal list beats rewatching every Short.
- Finish puzzles anyway — the Cheese buff keeps the run alive while you explore.
Community clips often find pins slightly off the main defense line. If a teammate says “on the green leaves” or “purple map prop,” believe them and check that visual theme rather than the spawn chokepoint.
Map-by-map hunting notes
Lost Temple
Lost Temple is the onboarding stage — wide sightlines make props easier to scan. Clear Easy, then walk temple edges and raised platforms between waves. Use the dedicated Lost Temple page for pathing so you do not abandon the lane entirely.
Haunted Mansion
Haunted Mansion prioritizes bridges and anti-air. Pin hunt after you place wave-five Psychic coverage — do not explore during Balloon Bob waves. See Haunted Mansion and Anti-Air.
Fat Lands and candy stages
Fat Lands and candy-themed maps introduced with Hungry for More are where new pins appear. Streams report tiny layouts with dense props — great for stickers, rough for first Extreme clears. Scout on Easy, then return for Extreme Mode once the pin is secured.
Pins vs Game Pass cosmetics
Do not confuse free world pins with paid cosmetics:
- Pins / stickers — Found in maps.
- VIP skins / Capsule Luck / Hype Beast Early / Scrando pack — Purchased or rolled; covered on Game Passes.
Spending Robux never replaces walking the stage. Likewise, owning every Game Pass does not auto-complete the pin checklist.
Efficient weekly routine
- Farm Quidz on Haunted Mansion Easy (Grind Quidz).
- Spend one lobby on a map missing a pin at Easy.
- If you fail to find it, watch the embedded pins video, then re-enter with a teammate calling landmarks.
- After a patch like Hungry for More, re-check every map once — new stickers often ship with new props.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
How many pins are in BEAR Tower Defense?
Early guides covered four pins. After Hungry for More, community reports put the total near thirteen with pins on most maps — re-check after each patch.
What difficulty should I use to find pins?
Easy. You need time to leave the main path. Hard and Extreme punish sightseeing with leaks.
Do pins give Cheese or Quidz?
Pins are collectibles for completion and cosmetics. They do not replace Quidz farms or puzzle Battery buffs.
Are pin locations the same after updates?
Usually stable inside a patch, but new maps and Hungry for More-style updates can add stickers. Rescout when Cheedaman ships props.
Is there a video for the original four pins?
Yes — the embedded walkthrough covers the classic all-four route. Use it as a template, then apply the same search habit to newer maps like Fat Lands.
